Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Lawn Maintenance Account Manager to oversee field crews, manage client relationships, and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety across all lawn maintenance operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct lawn maintenance crews
- Schedule work and organize route schedules as needed
- Work closely with all field employees to train and develop them individually and as a team
- Work hand in hand with the Lawn Maintenance Supervisor
- Ensure accurate daily crew schedules are maintained
- Approve timesheets, track employee attendance, and report hours worked in a timely manner
- Assist in training, managing, and motivating maintenance crew teams
- Address and resolve client issues by evaluating concerns and developing effective solutions
- Physically assist lawn maintenance crews with a hands-on approach to ensure jobs are completed as needed
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure customer satisfaction and outstanding quality of work
- Conduct client meetings and site walk-throughs to upsell enhancement opportunities and ensure operations meet quality and safety standards
Requirements
- Prior experience in lawn maintenance or landscape management preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced outdoor environment
- Highly organized with the ability to manage schedules and multiple crews
- Self-motivated with a commitment to quality and client satisfaction
