Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Landscape Estimator/Sales professional to join our growing team. This role focuses on building relationships with new and existing residential and commercial landscape maintenance clients while managing proposals and optimizing project profitability.
Responsibilities
- Sell landscape maintenance services to new and existing residential and commercial clientele
- Generate a large volume of sales from existing client relationships
- Schedule appointments and meet with customers to review needs and identify new opportunities
- Design professional layouts of company services
- Manage projects and optimize profit
- Provide direction to field supervisors and crews when scope questions arise
- Maintain positive working relationships with customers
- Type up and deliver professional proposals
- Follow up with customers and gather feedback on estimated jobs
- Communicate with customers to resolve questions or discrepancies in scope
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with computer software programs
- 5+ years of professional design experience preferred
- Landscape experience a plus
