Commercial Projects Of 2018

Happy New Year from The Wallace Company. 2018 proved to be a challenging year due to the strong economy and historic, low unemployment. Coming off a record year in 2017 and almost topping it in 2018 proved difficult to find new, hard working employees as well as retaining the existing crews. We have added the key people necessary for continued growth in 2019 and beyond. New management positions were created and filled with the best in the local industry. We have added to the core people in new landscapes and hardscape, maintenance, irrigation, lighting and drainage. We have the expertise for all jobs large and small as well as service and maintenance.

Also challenging us was the ridiculous amount of rainfall during the year. A normal year is around 60" of annual rainfall with 2018 tallying 80+ inches depending on the website and zip code. I don’t remember a year with more rain days at Wallace. Work comes to a stand still and MUDDY job sites slow us down considerably. We are hoping for a "normal" year.

Due to our many satisfied clients and Facebook followers, we were again voted Best of the Coast by InWeekly magazine. We sincerely appreciate the recognition, and work hard to do exceptional work that clients love and tell there friends about us.

We will focus additional attention on our newly renovated website and Facebook pages with more photos, new videos and some cool drone footage of completed projects. A lot of our commercial and large residential projects are too large for small photos to capture. Like us on Facebook and check our website for updated and monthly blogs (Green Spaces).

We have made contacting us 24/7/365 easier through both avenues. Look for the "Contact Us" buttons on Facebook and top of our website. We strive to reply very promptly and set up appointments or issue work orders as necessary.

Design work is also available on larger projects. We have a full time licensed Landscape Architect on staff that does some incredible drawings, specifications and consultation.
