Landscape Estimator/Sales
Landscape Estimator/Sales
- Selling to new and existing residential/commercial landscape maintenance clientele
- A large volume of sales comes from existing clients
- Scheduling appointments, meeting existing/new customers to review client needs and determining other opportunities
- Designing professional layouts of company services
- Manage projects and optimize profit
- Provide direction to field supervisors and crews when there are scope questions
- Maintain positive working relationships with customers.
- Type up proposals
- Follow up with customers and get feedback on jobs estimated
- Communicate with customers and get responses for questions or discrepancies in scope
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using computer software programs with proficiency
- A range of 5+ years of professional design experience preferred
- Landscape experience a plus

- Salary based on experience. Monday-Friday
Lawn Maintenance Account Manager
Lawn Maintenance Account Manager
- Oversee and direct crews
- Schedule work and organize route schedule as needed
- Work closely with all field employees to train and grow them individually and as a team
- Works hand in hand with Lawn Maintenance Supervisor
- Ensure that accurate daily crew schedules are maintained
- Approve time sheets, track employee attendance, and report hours worked in a timely manner
- Assist in training, managing, and motivating maintenance crew teams.
- Work to address and resolve client issues by evaluating concerns and developing solutions
- Physically assist lawn maintenance crews by having a hands-on approach to ensure jobs are completed, as needed.
- Serve as our clients’ primary contact to ensure customer satisfaction and outstanding quality of work
- Conduct client meetings and site walk-throughs upsell present opportunities for enhancements and ensure landscape maintenance operations meet quality and safety standards
